We invest time in businesses we want to work with, show them what we're capable of, and wait until it makes sense for both sides. When you request the plan, we'll confirm a few basic details about your business to make sure what we produce is relevant. There's no lengthy questionnaire, no forms to fill in, and no requirement to share any sensitive commercial information. The plan is built around what we can see, not what you tell us.
No. We hate sales calls too. You'll book a call at a time that suits you - or not, if you'd prefer to see the plan first before deciding whether to speak to us.
We're not going to call you unexpectedly or have a sales team contact you from three different numbers. You're in control of how this progresses. If you want to review the plan quietly and come back to us in six months, that's fine.
Typically seven to ten working days from when you request it. We build each plan specifically for the business in question - it's not generated instantly from a template.
When it's ready, we'll send it across and offer to walk you through it on a call. That walkthrough is where the plan tends to make most sense - we can talk through the numbers, answer questions, and discuss what's realistic for your specific situation.

We're not generalists pretending to be specialists. If we don't think we can do a good job for a business in a particular sector or situation, we'll say so before building the plan. There's no point in wasting your time or ours.
The initial engagement is 90 days. We execute the plan we've built - no renegotiation, no scope creep, no surprises. At the end of 90 days we review results together and discuss what comes next.
We don't ask for a 12-month commitment before we've earned it. The 90 days is our opportunity to prove what we're capable of and an opportunity for us both to see if we will work well together. If the results are there, most clients choose to continue. If for any reason they're not, you're not locked into anything.
Straight answer: we have a clear picture of the type of business we work best with, and you fit it.
